We integrated spacious storage structures and Sub-Zero and Wolf’s high-capacity yet sleek and seamless appliances, incorporating clean lines and natural materials to fulfill the client’s “uncluttered” vision while serving as a stately, eye-catching canvas.
Sandra Diaz-Velasco achieved a masculine vibe with a clean, modern palette of black and white, edgy details and rugged yet sleek materials. A backlit full-wall mirror and high-contrast colors make the space appear larger, and natural stone adds to the elegant, contemporary design.
Sandra Diaz-Velasco changed the layout of this master bedroom and bath to improve flow and function and take advantage of natural light. She adjusted ceiling heights, specified a freestanding sculptural tub and mixed warm, rich wood with white to infuse the space with a sense of drama and luxury.

This two-story penthouse project in Miami, Florida was all about presenting a “wow” factor, and designer Sandra Diaz-Velasco of Eolo A+I Design did not disappoint. Velasco, who teamed with Sanandres Construction to reconfigure the entire space, set out to design a kitchen, living room and dining room area that would work seamlessly for entertaining.
A whole-house renovation/addition included a redesign of the master bath and closet in this traditional home in an exclusive area of South Florida.
